Walnut Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (1 box)
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts or walnuts and coconut
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/4 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Mix well crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup confectioners sugar and nuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon.
    Mix well.
    Form into balls.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
    Store in covered container a day or so to ripen.
    Keeps very well.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
