Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. vegetables (California mixed), cooked according to directions
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Heat together cream of celery soup and cheese until cheese melts.
    Mix vegetables and soup mixture together in casserole. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 35 minutes.
