Swiss Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. sherry (drinking kind)
8 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except eggs. Heat, stirring, until cheese melts.
Pour into a shallow casserole or baking pan. Break the eggs carefully into the sauce. Bake until eggs are of desired firmness, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over toasted English muffins. As a dinner dish, eggs could be served on a bed of wheat pilaf.
