Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook the first three ingredients in a heavy skillet.
    When syrup begins to thicken, add nuts, butter and salt.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Quickly add baking soda.
    Pour evenly into a greased cookie sheet.
    Cool and break into pieces.
