Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3 1/2 oz. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix in a blender until smooth.
Pour in 9-inch buttered pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until it has set.
Cool; refrigerate.
