Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, cored, sliced and peeled
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Add the last 3 ingredients to apples and mix.
Cream sugar, eggs, oil, baking powder and orange juice.
Add salt and vanilla. Add flour, one cup at a time.
Mix well.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Add a layer of batter, a layer of apple mixture, a layer of batter, apple mixture and then top with a layer of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
