Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all together, except soup.
    Shape into small meat loaf shapes.
    Brown on both sides.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Add mushroom soup and a little water to rinse can.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
