Potters Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    4 c. pinto beans, cooked
    4 cans tomatoes
    4 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 large bell pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 large bay leaves
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
