Corn Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. creamed corn (or fresh)
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk and salt.
Add green pepper.
Beat egg yolks and add to sauce.
Then add corn. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to corn mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
