Steak And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small steaks
3 green onions
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. water
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Salt and pepper steaks.
Quick-fry in oil until both sides are brown.
Drain oil off.
Cut onions and mushrooms up.
Add to meat in skillet along with the water.
Put lid on it and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve meat topped with some mushrooms and onions.
