Jalapeno Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. nacho sliced jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tsp. dried, crushed oregano
2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
-
In plastic bag or nonporous bowl, mix all ingredients and combine with 2 pounds of chicken breasts or 1 1/4 pounds of beef or pork.
Marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
Grill or broil.
Yields 5 servings.
