Apple Walnut Ring Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
