Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 regular size yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Drain well and then mash.
    Add all other ingredients except cheese.
    Place in dish.
    Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes on 350\u00b0.
