Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cubed apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars; add eggs and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Fold apples into mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon, sugar and chopped nuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
