Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry sugar-free gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 orange, sectioned and diced
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Refrigerate until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in diced orange.
Spoon into 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold. Makes 10 servings.
