Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    light cream
Preparation
    Make filling:
    In medium bowl, combine first 8 ingredients, turn into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Make batter:
    Combine next 7 ingredients.
    Mix with wooden spoon until smooth.
    Drop in 9 portions over filling, spacing evenly.
    Batter will spread during baking.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until peaches are tender.
    Serve with cream.
