Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, seasoning as desired with salt and pepper; drain.
    Saute onion in the butter or margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a lightly greased casserole. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
