Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar.
    Sift 1/2 dry ingredients into sugar mixture; blend.
    Sift in remaining dry ingredients alternately with eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Add carrots and mix well, then mix in nuts.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes in lightly oiled 10-inch tube pan.
    Cool in pan upright.
