Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 marshmallows
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    3/4 c. shredded pineapple
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    2/3 c. pineapple cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice over low heat, folding until smooth.
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Blend cheese, carrots and pineapple.
    When jello is cooled, add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a 1-quart ring mold.
    Chill.
