Refrigerated Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 cucumbers (unpeeled), sliced very thin
1 c. green peppers, diced
1 c. onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper ring
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients; allow to stand 1 hour, then drain.
Add all ingredients together.
Put in 4 pint jars and refrigerate.
