Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplant, sliced 1/4-inch round
    egg
    bread crumbs, seasoned with garlic and Italian seasonings to taste
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Dip eggplant into egg, then into seasoned bread crumbs.
    Fry eggplant on both sides.
    Place on paper towels to dry off excess oil.
    Coat bottom of a large casserole dish with sauce.
    Place eggplant on top.
    Add filling.
    Place eggplant on top. Coat with sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
