Licking Good Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Thoroughly coat both sides of meat with the sauces, mustard and catsup.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Place in roasting pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, as desired.
