Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
25 slices pepperoni (2 oz.)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 12-inch square. Place pepperoni on dough, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up dough, pinching to seal seam. Trim ends to make even. Cut dough into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place on baking sheet(s) 2-inches apart. Coat pieces of plastic wrap large enough to cover sheet(s) with cooking spray. Place coated side down over rolls. Let rise in a warm place until slightly risen, 30 minutes.
