Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
5 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries
baked and cool pie crust

Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in water in saucepan. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin. Cool briefly; pour over prepared strawberries. Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
