Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillet of haddock, rinsed
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/5 lb. salt pork, cubed
Preparation
    Fry out pork cubes until lightly browned.
    Remove cubes to paper towel.
    Fry onion in same pan without removing any liquid, until golden brown.
    Add small amount of water; add fish.
    Cook until fish is done.
    Cook potatoes in separate pan; drain almost all of the water and add cooked fish and onion to potatoes.
    Add pepper and milk.
    You may add salt if desired before serving.
