Chicken Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried
1 (7 oz.) pkg. dried cheese-filled tortellini
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 green onions
2 c. sliced bok choy, separated into stems and leaves
Preparation

Combine chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger in saucepan.
Bring to a simmer.
Add tortellini and bok choy stems; simmer 15 minutes, removing tortellini after it tests done.
Add bok choy leaves, chicken and onions.
Cook just until bok choy leaves wilt.
Return tortellini to soup.
