Rhubarb Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rhubarb, cut enough in small pieces to fill 9 x 13-inch pan half full
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place cut rhubarb in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and marshmallows.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, 1 cup sugar and nutmeg or cinnamon.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat 1 minute.
    Spread over rhubarb and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
