Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can sauerkraut, fine cut
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
Preparation
    Let sauerkraut and sugar sit 20 minutes.
    Add celery, onion, green peppers and carrots.
    Mix well with sauerkraut.
    Chill and serve.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for 1 week.
