Bayou Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled and cooked
    1/2 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    large lettuce leaves, cleaned
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a large bowl.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 6.
