Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, drained
1 yellow cake mix, mix according to package
Preparation

I like baking this cake in an iron skillet.
Put skillet on eye of stove.
Turn on medium heat.
Put butter and sugar in pan, melt and cook 3 minutes.
Add drained pineapple.
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour on top of pineapple, butter and sugar mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Then flip cake out and enjoy!
