Classic Bacon Cheeseburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    Kosher salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 rolls, split
    4 slices Colby cheese
    8 slices crisp cooked bacon
Preparation
    Mix meat with salt and pepper.
    Form into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
    Grill the patties over medium heat until centers are no longer pink.
    Turn once halfway through grilling time. Toast rolls and top each burger with a cheese slice.
    Remove from grill, top patties with 2 slices of bacon.
    Garnish with your choice of toppings.
