Fudge Candy(Or Butterscotch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    10 regular or 100 miniature marshmallows
    1 stick margarine
    1 large bag chocolate or butterscotch chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows to boil in deep pan at medium heat.
    Boil 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add margarine, vanilla and chips.
    Stir until melted.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.
    Pour on buttered plate and cool before cutting into squares.
