Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. fine chopped green pepper
    dash of salt
    3 tsp. chili powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (1 c.)
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and eggs.
    Break tomatoes with a fork and add to meat mixture.
    Mix well.
    Turn into loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
