Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced raw zucchini (1/4 inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, diced
    1 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
