Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can French onion soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    6 oz. can white crab meat
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Chop shrimp if they are large.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until all ingredients are done or approximately 1 hour.
