French Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Peel onions under water.
    Slice in bowl of milk; let stand 15 minutes.
    Drain and dry with towel.
    Beat eggs; add salt, butter, milk and flour to make smooth batter.
    Drop onions into batter and drop them into hot fat.
