Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning (if desired)
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots
    pastry for top crust
Preparation
    Melt butter for the filling in a saucepan.
    Blend in flour. Add broth, milk and seasonings.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add chicken and vegetables.
    Heat thoroughly.
