Ingredients

3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook in skillet.
Powdered buttermilk may be used.
Egg Beaters may also be substituted for the egg.
This is a high fiber, low-fat recipe.
