Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) flat 3/4-inch thick piece boneless round steak
1 Schilling pot roast bag with seasonings
1/2 c. walnut pieces
5 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. shelled sunflower seeds
5 fresh green onions with tops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Beat and tenderize meat.
Mix seasonings from cooking bag with other ingredients to form paste.
Then spread onto the meat.
Roll up in jelly roll fashion and secure with string.
Place in cooking bag.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for two hours or until desired doneness. Remove from bag.
Thicken gravy left in bag with cornstarch and pour over cooked meat.
