Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 to 30 whole fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced cooked ham (fresh)
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Chop stems and cook with onions in 1 tablespoon butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in ham and cheese.
Set aside.
