Peggy'S Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. flour
    4 oz. sugar
    8 oz. butter
    caster sugar for sprinkling
Preparation
    Sieve the flour and add the sugar.
    Rub in the butter and then work the mixture into a ball with a knife.
    Butter a baking tray and spread in the mixture.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 190\u00b0C (375\u00b0F) for 25 minutes or until browned.
    Remove from oven and cut into squares.
    Sprinkle with caster sugar.
