Chicken Lo Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 c. cooked, diced cans chicken (turkey or pork can be used)
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, pepper and water chestnuts
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 pkg. vermicelli
Preparation

In skillet, heat oil.
Brown meat in same pan.
Bring broth, water, ginger, pepper, teriyaki sauce and garlic to boil.
Add vermicelli.
Simmer, covered, 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered, for 4 minutes. Stir in onions.
Makes 4 servings.
