Chili Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 (15 to 16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, drain liquid from one can
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine ground beef and onions in a 10 x 10 x 2-inch dish. (Make certain to break up meat and spread over entire dish.)
    Cook with microwave at High for 4 minutes.
    Stir several times during cooking.
    If using chuck, do not drain.
    When using regular ground beef, you will want to remove excess grease.
