Princess Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash and cook rice.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Chop onion and braise in margarine.
    Add herbs.
    Combine all ingredients well and place in an oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with brown gravy.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
