Creamy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. chopped almonds
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 1/2 Tbsp. almonds, toasted and chopped
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons almonds and sherry.
    Shape into ball. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
    Smooth surface with spatula and roll in toasted almonds to coat.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 1/2 cup.
