White Chocolate Mint Sauce With Raspberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. white chocolate
    1/4 c. milk
    6 sprigs fresh mint
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 qt. raspberries
Preparation
    Break up the chocolate and melt it in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
    Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan and steep the mint in it for 5 minutes.
