Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 medium-size onion
    4 qt. bread, cubed
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper, as desired
Preparation
    Cook carrots and celery in chicken broth until tender. Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in a large casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
