Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 graham crackers
1/4 lb. + 1 Tbsp. butter
4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
juice from 1 lemon
3/4 c. raw sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream (small carton just right)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine graham crackers and butter; press into bottom of spring-form pan.
Chill 10 minutes.
