Beets And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large beets
    1 lb. new potatoes
    3 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 to 2 anchovies, cut in pieces
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. strong red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Melt Jell-O in 1/2 cup boiling water.
