Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    Add the sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour.
    If too soft, add more flour.
    Pour on board and knead well.
    Put in a large buttered bowl to rise. Turn in bowl to butter both sides and mash down even.
    Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Work down and roll out.
    Spread with soft butter.
    Roll up like jelly roll and cut in 1 1/2-inch rolls.
    Place together in pan and let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Brush butter on tops before baking.
